Claire started running several years ago hoping to one day join the rest of her family as a Tim’s Team marathon runner. This will be her second marathon as a part of Tim’s Team! Claire feels privileged to honor Tim’s memory and support the work of the foundation! Claire is grateful for having known Tim as his 3rd-grade teacher; she is inspired by his determination and optimism every step of the way during her marathon training.

Joanne O’Connell is running the Boston Marathon this year to raise money for the Foundation! It is her 10th marathon.
Running always brings her closer to Timmy, who continues to inspire her with every step she takes.

As the recipient of the Timmy O’Connell Courage Award his senior year in high school football, Bobby Kiley continues to be motivated by Timmy’s courage. This is Bobby’s first Boston Marathon.
